Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or if you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent.
A counter-notification must include the following details:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Once we receive a counter-notification, we may reinstate the material unless we receive notice from the original complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to prevent the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
